2. RESERVATION PROCEDURES
2.1 RESERVATION & CONFIRMATION
100% payment will be requested upon confirmation: of which 20% will be non-refundable.
Bookings will be made via the dedicated website. Failure to effect payment will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation.
2.2 CANCELLATION FEES
20% cancellation fees will be charged if:
- the cancellation request is received 80 days prior to arrival.
40% cancellation fees will be charged if:
- the cancellation request is received between the 79 and 36 days prior to arrival.
60% cancellation fees will apply for any cancellation request received between the 35 and 20 days prior to arrival; and
100% cancellation fees will apply for any cancellation request received between the 19 days & 1 day prior to arrival as well for No-show.
