Thank you so much for your interest in the upcoming meeting! We’re just putting the finishing touches on the registration form—it’ll be ready and available in the coming days.

Rate are as follows:

1. Double Room at the Conference Hotel : Euros 1800/Couple
   Includes :- Registration for the whole AGM from 7th to 10th May
                     3 Nights Stay at the Shandrani Hotel
                     *All inclusive (Food & *Drinks including alcohol)
                     Water sports throughout the day
   
   
2. Single Room at the Conference Hotel: Euros 1200/Pax
   Includes :- Registration for the whole AGM from 7th to 10th May
                    3 Nights Stay at the Shandrani Hotel
                    All inclusive (Food & *Drinks including alcohol)
                    Water sports throughout the day
   
   
3. Non-Residents : Euros 460/Pax
   Includes :- Registration for the whole AGM from 7th to 10th May.
                    Thursday dinner including *drinks
                    Friday dinner including *drinks
                    Saturday Gala Dinner including *drinks
   
   * From a large selection of Wines and Sparkling wine, Cocktails, Aperitifs, Spirits (gin,tequilla,vodka,rum,whisky and liquers) as indicated on the Bar Menu.

Additional Important Information:

1. We are negotiating with Hotels near the Shandrani (conference hotel) for additional rooms. We will keep you updated of progress via our website and through table Presidents shortly.
2.The above rates do not include excursions or PreTours which shall be available separately.

We are finalising the booking system and we shall advise those registered as soon as it is ready to book their hotel rooms.
