Booking Pre-Tours
You can view and select from a variety of pre-tours all designed to enhance your stay.
The different pre-tours options are available every day from the 5th to the 10th of May 2026. The golf tour is available from 8th to 10th of May 2026.
We encourage all participants to explore these options at your earliest convenience, as availability for certain tours is limited.
For your convenience, airport transfers are available for booking. Please note that transfers are payable and are only available upon request. By reserving you will be greeted and assisted at our special desk, located inside the arrival hall of the airport as from Tuesday 5th of May 2026.
This collaboration is designed to offer our delegates unforgettable tours, concierge services for accommodation, book your airport transfers, facility to pre-order your stores and for those of you not staying at the conference hotel to settle your registration fees.
