Welcome to Paradise!!
We do hope that you have enjoyed your stay in Mauritius so far. The organising committee has worked hard over the past 12 months to make sure that the next few days are memorable. Our wish is that when you leave us, you just can’t wait to come back😊!!
Wear your Name Tag especially for the Night Functions
Wear your name tags at all times for meeting access and especially for evening functions (Welcome Dinner Party, National Night & Gala Night). We regret the inconvenience but for security reasons, access to the evening functions without name tags may be a challenge for you.
Transport for Non (Shandrani Hotel) Residents
Transport for non-residents living in the vicinity of Shandrani, the conference hotel, has been arranged. During the functions, please be alert for announcements regarding departures of shuttles. Last shuttle leaves at 23h30 sharp. Please do not wait for the last shuttle as far as possible. See Schedule below.
Shop – WM 2026 Merchandise
Do not leave without your souvenir of Mauritius!! Go to our stores to purchase what we have carefully selected for you. Payment can be made by cash or via card at the POS that we will make available for you at the hotel.
Evening Functions
The Welcome Dinner and National Night Dinner shall be free seating. The Gala Night will be a seated dinner. Look out for the seating arrangement board. We do hope that you will enjoy the entertainment during the evening functions so please be on time so as not to miss out!
A rainbow of activities at the Shandrani Hotel
If you are staying at the Shandrani Hoel, there is a wide rage of activities that you can enjoy during the day. Please look out for the notice board to that effect near the Grand Port Restaurant.
Safety First!!
Lets have fun but please be safe. Please be careful not to eat or drink and then swim or snorkel. And apply that sunblock and wear that hat during the day!!
